  • 3000-Kgs/6600 pounds SWL Capacity: Commercial cargo standards.
  • 4.27 m retracted boom length with boom extension fully retracted; measured from center line of rotation/slew with boom extension.
  • 5.49 m extended boom length with the hydraulic boom extension telescoped/extended. The crane is capable of being fully loaded to SWL capacity with the boom fully extended and horizontal (maximum reach/moment potential).
  • Hydraulic liner winch. A non-fouling design built into the aluminum boom extension that maintains constant cable length during extension and retraction of the boom extension. Also featuring self-limiting travel, two-block protection self-locking load holding capabilities, L.O.P (automatic Lifting Overloaded Protection) for smooth, quiet cable payout and retrieval.
  • 10.97m line /cable payout, synthetic/composite line with a stainless steel safety hook.
  • 0 deg. (horizontal) to 60° hydraulic boom articulation capable under full loading at all angles.
  • 312° hydraulic power rotation /slew. Capable of slew against a 5° list / 2° trim.
  • Weld-down pedestal base mounting system, cylindrical style, aluminum construction (A bolting attachment foundation is available at additional cost).
  • Wireless Proportional remote control, joystick operated, hand held with optional-use 6-meter tether & weatherproof connectors. Manual lever-operated Sauer-Danfoss valves are provided for emergency manual operation of the crane.
  • 15-kW /20 –HP Hydraulic Power unit ; 400 V /50Hz 3-phase TEFC motor coupled to a variable displacement load-sensing piston pump. Mounted to a steel reservoir with low fluid /high temperature sensor, sight gage, high pressure filter housing w/3-micron filter element, softstarter housed in a watertight IP-67 Enclosure: configured to provide primary hydraulic power.
  • Composite high load bushings at stainless load pin to aluminum contact points.
  • System is finished to Nautical Structures high level of super-yacht quality with urethane paint products.
  • Crane tested per Cargo-Handling standards, NSI Testing “Statement of Fact ‘’ documentation provided.
